I love this TV! Not only is it priced well, but it shipped out quickly! It is 720p, but don't let that fool you. To notice the difference in picture quality between 720p and 1080p, you'd have to view a 70" set at six feet or closer. The only downside to the TV is the onboard OPC. This "feature" is supposed to adjust the TV's brightness based on the lighting in the room. What it winds up doing it
